5-13-09:  "Hi Susan, hope all is well.  How are Georgia's pups?  Thought you'd enjoy
these pics of Grady.. 19 months old and a weighs 4 lbs.  He's so adorable.  I can eat him up! " Regards, Ana

May 20, 2009:  Hi Susan, Harley (your Jerrica) is 1 year old today and I thought I would share this picture with you.  She is my angel
and I thought it would be cute to dress her up in a teddy bear costume.  She didn't think it was such a nice idea but finally
just laid down in resolve.    She is 5.5lbs now and is just the absolute joy of my life. Our family adores her. I am so grateful
for the day we came to the farm and found this baby girl.  Thank you again. I hope all is well"

"Just want to tell you how wonderful our babies are.  Here is a picture of them during their first trip to the park.
Pictured is our Shorkie girl Molly,  my daughter Skylar, my niece Allison, my daughter Kylie  and our MaltiChon boy Montana.
These pups are wonderful.  Thanks so much for helping us add them to our family"  Kristin Scull
Hi Susan,
"It's been about 3 months since we brought home our Reggie (Cartier).  He is such a wonderful dog!
He is house trained, very healthy, LOVES to play,  and loves to cuddle (my favorite part) when he's tired .
I thought I would send you some update pictures of our little guy.  Thanks again for everything.
We couldn't be happier with our Top Knotch experience!"    Sincerely,  Dawn & Anthony

"Hi Susan, Lola ( your Aimee) turned 2 in March . She is 4 1/2 lbs. of spunk , and personality, a German Shepherd
stuck in a Morkie's body. She can be energetic, yet loves to lounge around in the sun with her
15 lb. cat companion Boo, who she adores. He was always very quiet and shy, then came Lola,
now he is out of his shell. They look for each other, they play chase, wrestle, she grooms him, and they
love to just hang out together in the sun. She is well adjusted. Besides Boo, she has a good friend in the
neighborhood, a huge all black male Portuguese Water dog. They are hysterical together, the contrast,
a teeny blonde dog and a huge all black dog, they run and play, she darts up the street to see if
he is out, she seems so disappointed if he's not.  Everyone who sees her loves her, including the Vet
and the groomer. She was well socialized from birth apparently, and we thank you for that.
She loves the car, whenever we take her anywhere we have to include extra time for all the admirers.
I take her to my Mom's Nursing home where all the residents and staff love her, she brings a
smile to everyone's face. She is a faithful companion, follows me around all day long,
she is great with our 2 kids . She also goes on our boat in the Poconos,(as long as we go slow)
she just wants to be with us. We thank you for a well adjusted pleasant dog," Mary McCloskey and family
"Hi Susan & Shannon, just a note to say hello from Ozzie and us. Hope all is well at the farm. Ozzie is a year and a
half old already and he's the best little dog we could ever have! We just love him to pieces and he loves everybody he meets.
He goes everywhere we go and is such a good boy! He completed another obedience class with Donna and was so
happy to see his old friends, especially Allie!! He's learned sit and stay really well, and needs more practice with come.
He's always on another adventure, searching the great out doors.  I've attached some cute photos of Ozzie helping
plant the flowers. He has his nose into everything.   Thanks so much for the best pup of all, our little Ozzie
ToTo!!!
Hope to see you soon and maybe get a sister for Ozzie this year."
I specifically remember Susan - She spent so much time looking for just the right pup.  She was patient
and was careful to take her pup home when she had time to work with her.  She was very conscientious
about her decision to take a pup into her life.  Just the kind of families we like!!  I love it when people keep
in touch year after year.  Olivia is almost 3 year old and her human still remembers us!
4-18-08:  "It’s been quite some time since I sent  pictures of Olivia (your Nannette from June 2005.)  She is
doing very well and loves life, as she’s completely spoiled!  I can’t believe her energy!  I’m attaching a picture
I took this winter.  I have itas my background image on my work computer and people have stopped
mid-sentence to comment on how cute she is!  Other than an ear infection this year, she’s super healthy
and doing great.  I still don’t think I could have picked a better dog!  I am so pleased with Olivia- she has
been an amazing addition to my life!  I may be moving later this year to a place with more room, and if so,
I’ll be making another trip down to see you!!
Thanks so much!"  Susan Smith from Utica, NY
"Hi Susan-  Just wanted to send you some more recent pictures of Harper. We kept his name and Mike and
I love him. He is such a sweet puppy. We couldn't be happier. Harper had a play date the other night with
Keats (now Hunter) and they were so funny together. It was like they knew each other. They ran around
together for hours until they both just crashed.  Harper has been going to work with either mike or
myself everyday. He is a very lucky boy. I must have given out your site to at least 20 people already.
My customers just look at him and fall in love. Hope all is well with you and your family.
Take care and enjoy the pictures"  Carly and Mike
"So sorry to have missed your reunion this summer- I was away but would have loved to attend!!! The pictures
are adorable.   know how busy you are but always wanted to send you a note to let you know how happy we have been
since getting "Nina". We got Nina (your Persia) almost one year ago on Nov. 14th.  I sound like a lot of your people
who say how much they love their sweet little pups.  Nina is so loved.  Everywhere I go, people want to talk
about her. I've taken her to Florida with me about 3 times this past year and she is awesome on the plane.
She stays put in her cute little carrier and never utters a peep during the whole flight. I was a Top Knotch
stalker too, I guess, because I watched her for a few weeks and finally convinced my husband that we needed to
get her, because my last child went off to college and I was lonely. We got her at 14 weeks old at 4.2 lbs and
she now weighs 6.5lbs  See the attached pictures of the day I picked her up from you and one day after
she was groomed! (Reminder- I am a school nurse at Nancy Francese's school district in Margate- and there is
also a picture with our speech therapist Debbie Yeager who came 4 weeks after me and got Logan
(your Dilbert) Take care and keep up the great work!!!!
"  Nancy Palamaro
"This is Lola (her name is Lola - she was a showgirl)...  she is 7 months old now and happy in her new home...
she is a blonde Morkie from Brazil... 6.5 lbs...personality plus...she is always the center of attention
wherever we go...her vet and her groomer want to keep her...although still a puppy she is learning her
manners and graduated from puppy academy...she did well but her chief focus was getting to know
the other puppies...she is very quiet generally, but she is learning to let us know when she needs to go
outside...we love our walks each morning and afternoon, but she loves the car as well...visiting others is
her most fun...she wants to be with us all the time...we love the company...she has added much to
our lives and we are grateful for the opportunity to provide her a loving home".
I can't tell you how much we are enjoying Pearl.  We named her Phoebe Buffay after the FRIENDS character
on TV.  My  oldest daughter Sarah who got married & left the next has a white cat named Chandler (FRIENDS character)
that she took with her.. so, now we have a  new baby girl to care for and a fluff y white puppy who replaces our cat
Chandler Bing!  Our golden Sadie just loves her and... Phoebe lvoes Sadie, they play & get along so well.  Sadie is so
careful notto hurt Phoebs!  She thinks she is her mommy!  Thank you again for helping us find such
a wonderful pup.  It was destiny"  Love, Sharon, Bill, Billy, Brielle and canine sister Sadie
"Here is a picture of Snickers Weightman (Ripley).   He is fully trained now and free roams the house.  He will
be a year on 07/19/07 and has been a pleasure to have in our family.  We love him a bunch.  Here is a picture
of our baby.  He just came back from the groomer and of course they say he is the squirmiest
they have had, so much that when they cut around his face he moved so much they cut him short.
Who cares, he is still a cutie pie.  What a ham!"  Eleanor Weightman
P.S.  "He thinks he is a cat and jumps on the furniture to chase after them.  They keep him
active as ever but get along very well with him.  One of these days, I expect him to MEOW."
"Hi Susan, Just wanted to say how much we love Leah and show you how she is growing"
"Attached some updated photos of our Morkie Roxi (your Galinda).  She is so adorable.  She brings us so much joy.  She is  the most
toveable dog we have every seen.  Hopefully in the future we would like to get her a little sister.   See you guys soon."  Dawn Krewda
"Thanks for the kissy and lovey puppies - they bring such joy to our lives.  And boy did they keep our laps warm
this past winter!  We are so pleased with out girls - they are a real treasure.  What a huge welcome home
everyday from work. Or for that matter, whenever we come in the door."Take care, Cathie and Danny
"Our puggle boy, Teddy (your Kent)  has become a wonderful gift to our family.  I have never
loved a dog the way I love him.  He is all grown up now so here are some pics of him and our
other dog Millie.  I hope all is well.  thanks a lot - Jessica Jacobs"
"I can't thank you enough for this little bundle of fur.  And Cierra loves her more than anything.  She and Jazzy are
like white on rice.  I call them Thelma and Louise because they are definitely partners in crime, always
up to something. I'm always telling people about Top Knotch Pups!  I think they are the best bundle of pups
around.  I would never go anywhere else to get another Yorkie and the long trip was worth it.
Jazzy is THE MOST FRIENDLY DOG - it scares me sometimes.  Everyone loves her.  We took her trick or
treating with us and she got more attention than the kids and she wasn't even in costume, just her
little dress.  Still a spiftire (as you warned me) and the daily mail run  makes her go bonkers.
I don't know what is about the mail.  I wish I could get that excited over some bills. LOL!!  I actually
have to give her a piece so she can calm down.  There will be years of fun and love in our
lives due to our little Jazzy.  Thanks a Ton!"
  Michelle
"Hello!   Here are updated pictures of our Hannah.  She is doing wonderfully and we love her very much!
She is just so much fun and quite an athletic companion - we go on 2 mile runs with her and she LOVES i
t and can out run both me and Brad!  She thinks she is smaller than she is though and tries very
hard to be a lap dog, even though she is now 26 pounds.  Thank you so much for her."  Kendra & Brad
"Kipper (your Olli) was a wedding present from my sister & my parents.  My husband and I both
agree that he was (and still is) our favorite gift.  We love him so much it seemed fitting to have him
in our wedding pictures.  He plays with his Top Knotch Yorkie cousins Okie and Chewey as well as
with several other dogs and he gets along well with all of them.  Although he is the smallest of the group,
he is the boss!  We take him to Petsmart & it always takes longer than expected cause he attracts so much
attention (not that we mind).  People ask about his breed (Shorkie) and we proudly tell them all about Top Knotch
Pups.  Hopefully we will visit again for a brother or sister for him.  Thanks for answering our many questions
in the past, even when it didn't apply to our dog.  We appreciate everything.   Jean & Mike Gibboni
Regina kept in touch for many weeks prior to getting their pup.  They lost their much loved CockaPoo and wanted
another mixed breed pup.  She is healing their hearts with puppy kisses.  Bella comes to stay with us whenever
her humans travel.  They are always a little disappointed that she does not act more excited to see them when they return.
"Just wanted you to know how much we are enjoying our little girl!   She is doing well - still "potty training" -
but making great progress.  I took your advice and stayed with the Parkway Vets.  Bella was there last week
for shot.  I know that I will like dealing with them.  I have told many people about you and your great pups.
I know that Bella is such a great dog because of your tender, loving care.  How are coming along
with the new place?  I am looking forward to the grand opening.  Don't forget - we will are interested in
boarding when you are ready.  Again, thanks for Bella and all the happiness she has brought into our lives."
When Veronica came for a Maltese, our Maltese pups did not stand a chance.  She saw her Harry (our Ryder) and it was
all over.  Love at first sight.  Harry was drop dead beautiful and full of himself.  He was the perfect pup for her.

"Here is a recent picture of Harry!  I check the site frequently and saw the testimonials and just have to add mine.
After having Harry all this time and having my Maltese Maggie, I see such a difference in Harry and Maggie.
I bought Maggie from a very reputable breeder and she has two luxating patellas - one has had
surgery and the other will happen soon.  Maggie is skittish and has  many issues. Harry, God Bless him, is
healthy as a horse and came to us well socialized and has remained so.  I have told many people
about your pups and as you know, my sister-in-law has one of your shorkies and my friend has a puggle.
Good news travels fast.  I was so impressed with your set up.  Not a cage in the place!  The pups were in
those large play areas.  I walked in expecting to smell "doggy smell" and could not believe my nose!
Then I saw my little guy and there was no contest.  He was such a gorgeous pup and he is the best boy now.
You know I am a frequent "site stalker" and enjoy watching the babies go to their new families.
Thanks again and kisses from Harry xoxoxoxo

"I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving Georgia to my sister and her kids.  Her youngest two
children were devastated when their Yorkie, Geo, died unexpectedly.  Since my sister rescued Geo from
a family who could not care for him, she wanted to rescue again and was very disappointed when
the yorkie rescue would not consider her because she had a 7 year old in the house. Geo's death left such
a void in their lives.  We could not believe it when Georgia came along - even the name was sort of like a "sign"
so of course they kept it.  Georgia was "just what the doctor ordered"...friendly, outgoing, gentle. It appears she
has few, if any, issues considering what she had been through (a true Top Knotch Puppy).

Thank you for your kindness, Susan. You can rest assured that one of your precious puppies
has the good home that she deserves."PuppyXXOO,Nancy
P.S. Casey loves his new cousin too.
"Just wanted to write to say thanks again for bringng little Molly (your Della) into our lives.  We have
had her for 8 weeks and each day she brings us so much happiness.  She has such a sweet personality –
she can’t kiss you enough!   She walks on her hind legs, hops like a bunny and sleeps on her back
(snores too!)!  Here are a few photos of our baby.  She is now a hefty 2.0 lbs at 17 weeks but very
healthy and energetic.  I hope you enjoy the pictures.  She was so patient when we took them...even fell
asleep in her costume when it was all done.  I hope everything is well with you and your family.
We will continue to send pictures as she grows!"
"We have had Rocky (Monaghan) for six days.  He is beyond sweet.  He is very playful, but has also sat on my lap
for two 2 hour soccer games without a peep or squirm.  He is content to be chewing on one end of
a bone while Toby (toy cockapoo) is chewing on the other end.  He thinks nothing of climbing
over the back of Tango (75 pound golden retriever) to get to his toy.  Since we have brought him home,
he has not had one accident.  The first night he let out one little bark at 12:30, my husband took him
outside where he immediately did his business.  He then slept through the rest of the night.  Each night since,
he has gone to bed at 9:30-10:00 and slept through without a sound, and in the morning his crate is as clean
as it was when he went to sleep.  I knew you cared about your pups after very carefully reading every
word on your website, but the proof is in this puppy.  He is pre-spoiled... he has come to us already loved
and well cared for.  He has come to us knowing what to do when he is taken outside.  He is gentle and playful
and we all absolutely love him to bits!  Thank you for all the time you put into him before we bought him.
Thank you for all the patient e-mailing you did with me while awaiting my husband's approval.  Thank you
for this wonderful addition to our family.  You are very appreciated!"

"I hope you received Lilly's birthday announcement, she turns one tomorrow.  She has been a great
companion and a lot of fun to have.  If I truly knew how rewarding being a puppy's mom would be...
I would've done it a long time ago.  She is happy to be home with Thor while my husband and I are at work...
and we enjoy taking her places on the weekends.  She is a happy, healthy and social pup.  I couldn't have
asked for more.  As Lilly turns one tomorrow, she will share a doggy cupcake with Thor, open a present
or two...and she'll be off on another adventure.  I'll be sure to send you pics!  Thanks for the great
job you do with all of your "Top Knotch Pups!"
"We will not be able to attend the reunion due to BamBam's (Paxton) having an appointment with the vet for
neutering and since he will be 8 months old by then, we do not want to put it off.  We would also like to
thank you from the bottom of our hearts for BamBam.  He brings joy to our lives.  I am attaching
2 photos of him for your archives.  As you can tell, he is the exhibitionist in our family.  He lays
around like that all the time.  When we take him out for his daily walk, everyone asks what kind of
dog he is and where we got him.  I mention your website and ask them to have a look at all the puppies
you offer.  I think everyone should have a dog like BamBam.  Thanks again"  Patricia Brown
"Dear Susan, We have had our puppy "Daisy", your Lisa for two months now.  She has brought so much joy
to our lives in such a short period of time.  She is the absolute best dog that we have ever brought
into our home.  She is gentle, loving, very cuddly and wonderful with children.  Everyone who sees her
wants to take her home with them.  I have given out your website on multiple occasions.
We hope to be back sometime in the future for another puppy!!! Here is an updated picture that we took and
a picture of her with her sister Maddie in matching zip-ups"  Love,  Tracey and Joe
We love getting pictures of our ups as they grow.  We hear from Tyler & Mike regularly.  Jake gets out
and about a lot and we receive many referrals from him.  We hear from people who have seen
Jake and they want a puppy just like him!

"Hi - Jake (Logan) made it home just fine on Saturday afternoon.  He has adapted extremely well
to his new home in Newtown.  Last night was rough, he didn't want to sleep.  I guess he was missing all
his buddies?  He's eating well and the other end is working just fine.  Made an appt on Thursday with
out vet and they wait to meet him.  Thanks again - you've been great to work with" Tyler (and Mike)

"Just wanted to tell you how happy I am with my Lola (Lyndsi).  Lola is quite the spoiled puppy,
but how could she not be with a face like that.  Whatever Lola wants, Lola gets.  She is a feisty little one
and at only 3 pounds has taken over the house.  As you can see from the pictures Lola loves getting
dressed up.  She's not too fond of the bows yet but we're working on that.  I can't say enough about her
and Top Knotch.  When I take her out people always ask where I got her and I tell them they have to go
to Top Knotch.  She has brought so much love and happiness into my life and I couldn't be more
pleased with her.  She is definitely mommy's little princess!!  We're looking forward to the puppy reunion.
See you then.  Puppy kisses from Lola!!"  Sincerely, Michelle Iaconelli
"Hi Susan, It's Marcee Cohen...NANCEE, now Lacy's Mom.  I want to thank you for finding the best
pet ever.  Not only is she gorgeous, she is so smart.  I adore her.  I tell everyone where I got her so
I am putting your name out there a lot.  They truly are Top Knotch!!...Marcee Cohen
"Dear Susan - just want to let you know that Natasha is adjusting well in her new home with
the Chambers family.  She is adorable & a delight to watch.  Amanda has changed her name to Daisy Mae
& it seems to fit her well.   We had no problem getting her to eat after bringing her home.  She is a little
chow hound!  Our Labs welcomed our new addition with delight!  they are so cute to watch together.  Our cat
hasn't come out to greet Daisy yet, but hopefully he will in the future.  He is stubborn to say the least.
the potty training is coming together.  Her sniffing behavior helps us catch her".  Sincerely,  Pat

Since Lauri wrote this letter she has been back for two more Top Knotch Pups.  She and  her family had
3 Yorkie girls when Lauri fell in love with a Shorkie.  She now has three Top Knotch Shorkie boys!

"Susan is the best of the BEST..:-) her pups are just that *TOPKNOTCH*..:-) The care that goes into each pup shows..
I have been to Susan's home.. I was amazed.. They were all so well cared for..Very well socialized...
so so clean..and just so well behaved...I was in awe when I was there...I wish I lived closer as I would
visit daily just to see those beautiful little faces... - Susan truly puts her heart and soul into her puppies"
I just wanted to give you an update on my Teddy (Parker).  He is almost a year old and I wanted to let you
know how much fun the last nine months have been with him.  He is exceptionally affectionate,
spunky and completely adorable.  He is the small guy from the litter, but he has a BIG personality.
I can't say how happy I am with the Morkie mix- after looking for a puppy so long I was fortunate
to come across Top Knotch Pups.  Thanks so much for everything!"Amy
Donald & Tom have always been cat lovers but after dog sitting for a yorkie for one week, they were hooked. Donald went online
to learn about the breed and found himself in a Forum for Yorkie owners. He asked where he could find a puppy in NJ and
several people chimed in and told him they got their pups from Top Knotch. He called and we were having our Puppy Reunion
so Donald and Tom came to choose their pup. There was a pen full of pups and Ramsey “found” them immediately.
There was no contest! They picked him up, spent a little time with him and never looked back.
There were most certain that he was the pup for them.
We adopted Pyppyn (an Old English/Celtic word for apple seeds) in August of 2005. When we met him,
he was 5 months old. Ours was not a difficult choice, although Susan had so many beautiful,
healthy puppies available! Whenever you hold Pyppyn, “…he only had eyes for you!” We were very
happy with the care that Pyppyn received as a small puppy with Susan. We were given detailed
and easy instructions on how to integrate our new puppy into our lives. It was very nice to
have Dr. Michelle Rocque, DVM on hand when we adopted Pyp. She was able to answer all of our
questions and had been with Pyppyn and all the pups from infancy. Thanks to Pyppyn’s good health
and great genes, he was able to survive a vicious attack by a large Akita in October 2005. He came through
with a slight hernia and bruised rib and has now has totally recovered. He now weighs a whopping 6 lbs.
and, true to his terrier instincts, acts like Napoleon Bonaparte! His disposition and temperament is
such that he is not afraid of other dogs and remains an out-going, loving and trusting soul. In fact, our
little Romeo has 2 girlfriends: a 75-lb. 3-year old Golden Labrador named Princess and a 101-lb.
7- year old Golden Retriever named Katie. He obviously prefers blondes!      *****     Most Fondly, Donald & Tom

Joe and Joan stopped by our new Top Knotch Headquarters (soon to be open) with their Morkie Annie
and Yorkie Darla.  Joe was in the construction business for many years and gave us a few pointers
and
kept reminding us how much work we have to do!!  Thanks Joe!  Joan and Joe came for a
Morkie and took home Annie but then returned again for a Yorkie sister for her.

"Dear Susan,  It was so nice to see you and Shannon and your future new place. Annie and Darla were glad to
see you too. I cannot express to you how much we love these two pups, and how when you said
how lovable they would be you were so right. In our opinion, Top Knotch pups are TOPS.
Love, Joan and Joe Bernheim and Annie and Darla"
I have never seen a person appreciate a pup as much as Jen with Grier.  Grier is a big pup & harder to place
but Jen walked in & immediately fell in love with him and named him Chewy.  She was back the next day for blonde
morkie (our Nigel) for a companion for Chewy, so Nigel became Yoda.  Grandmom came to help choose Nigel & fell for
Nicoleena.  She left without her but was back the next day after "sleeping on it"   She kept her name.
So 3 Top Knotch Pups for this family.  They are adored by the Biagi Bunch
"Hi Susan (Nana) - This is Jen Giagi.  chewy (Grier), Yoda (Nigel) and Nicoleena are doing great.
the potty training is a little rough with 3, but they're getting better...They are FANTASTIC PUPPIES.
Everyone loves them to death...They have been a comfort in a time of need.... Thank you so much
for taking the extra effort & making our home complete.  I'll send photos soon - they hide when they
see the camera because we are always taking photos.  My husband adores these pups!!
Thanks again & talk to you soon"  Jen Biagi and the Biagi bunch
I met Joy and Brent in an antique store in Cape May.  As I often do, I was taking a pup for
a "test drive".  I take a pup out with me when they are old enough - helps to socialize them.
It was love at first sight.  They were leaving for the West coast in two days so they
came over the following day and took Bella (Now Binkey) to a local vet for a check up.
We made arrangements for her to fly in a week or so.  She was very tiny and I was a little
nervous about the long flight.  We had her all set to go and she showed a slight
reaction to a shot so we put her departure on hold.  Joy and Brent were very patient
and eventually she arrived safely in her new home.
Thank you so much for the invite but Bob, Owen (Brenner) and I won't be able to attend. I just want to write
to you to tell you that we couldn't be happier with our Top Knotch Pup. We adopted Owen (Brenner)
in late April and he has brought us so much joy. Bob and I both race home after work to see who
will get there first to get the most puppy kisses. He was VERY quick to pick up potty training and only
had 2 "accidents" in the house. I swear he is the smartest dog I have ever met and he always seems
to surprise me. Every person he meets just falls in love with him. I have attached a few pictures of
him since you won't be able to see him in person. Thank you again for having such a wonderful place!!
Donna wanted a Yorkie soooooo bad.  Our Deborah makes her gush!
"Just want to let you know that we will be there for the reunion.  I am so looking forward to the party.
Li'l Bit (Deborah) has changed so much from when we got her.  I never had a dog before, however
if I had my way I would have a house full of them.  She just lights up our lives.  Can't wait to see
all of the pups as well as you"  Donna Cevoli & Family
Hi!  it's Gallagher's new mommy.  We named him Scooter.  He's doing great.   We have lots of fun with Scooter.
He has already learn to sit on command.  we're crate training him and he's learning where he needs to do
his thing out back in his designated area.  Today I gave him his first bath and he was so good about it.
He has a wonderful temperament.  We bought him lots of chew toys because he loves to put everything i
n his mouth.  He has been sleeping through the night since we brought him home and without crying the
entire night!  Thank you for giving us such a good boy.  We really love him and believe that he is going to be
a great dog and friend to our family for a long time.  Susan Pastore, Mullica Hill, NJ
Oftentimes the process of placing a puppy takes many months as was the case with Kathleen.  I
t was my pleasure to help her find the perfect pup.  And look how organized Kathleen is;
Sissy is wearing the same bow in her birthday picture that she wore when she left us.
I am impressed. that she kept track of that bow for all that time!!
"Greetings Susan!  I hope you & Shannon recovered from all the excitement over the weekend.
Top Knotch was incredibly busy.  Gia is settling in nicely in her new home.  I renamed her
Sicily and call her Sissy.  She is such a beautiful, sweet little bundle of joy!
I did want you to know that (as you predicted) she has already started to show her
true colors.  she has cleverly managed to escape from her pen and saw her reflection
in the mirror - I guess she thinks it's one of her top Knotch buddies.  We brought her to the
Vet today (the great organization of your record keeping made everything a cinch for him!)
and she left with a clean bill of health.  Yippee!  I am grateful that you kept in touch with me via email
for so many months & that you accommodated my special needs in my search for the perfect Yorkie.
My mom and I were so impressed with our visit and it was a pleasure to finally meet you and Shannon.
It was well worth the long trip, as I already know Sicily is going to make the perfect companion for me.
Attached is sicily's latest picture.  My sincerest thanks & gratitude.  Kathleen villano
Carol is the best "Mom" - this family is a testament to how puppy kisses heal grieving hearts
Hi Susan, I just wanted to thank you for providing me with my two new white angels (Hayden and Hannah).
They are helping to make the loss of my best friend Buster so much easier to get through.  It was a hard
time for our whole family.  Hayden and Hannah are very lovable, friendly, smart, and well behaved pups.
Hayden is very independent, and he has an endless supply of puppy kisses for all of us.  He makes it a
point to greet each one of us several times a day to hand out these special kisses.  He always seems to
have a smile on his face. Hannah is very sweet, adorable and provides us with endless cuddling.
She has taken over Buster’s spot next to me on the couch and follows me around just like he did.
This is a great comfort to me.  She is tiny but she can hold her own with her canine brother.  They are best
friends and love each other dearly.  Both have their unique Top Knotch traits including:  instant potty
training, outgoing personalities, and their good looks.  Both are entertaining pro’s at what I call the
Top Knotch treat dance.  Everybody who sees them compliments on how cute they are, and they
want to know where they came from.  Top Knotch Pups of course is the answer that we give!
We will continue to show your site to all of our friends and relatives. When we (an animal loving
family of five) are ready to increase our puppy family again and again you will be the first to know.
Thanks again, Carol Tepper and Family
"Hi Susan - Our Jack is a ball of fire...but he is our little man!!  We just eat him up
and everyone that meets him loves him.  I have been giving your website out left and right!
I would do business with you any day!"  Tracy
"Just wanted to send you a quick e-mail and let you know that Mirenda (Tinker Bell) is doing well she has not
missed a meal and loves chasing Caeser all over the place. She goes up and down the stairs with no problem
and is NOT afraid of water. She decided to jump in the pool yesterday. The first night she woke us 1 time and
last night slept like a log from running around all day. She has gone shopping with us and sleeps in her carry
bag on the bottom of the bed. Bridgett (the toy poodle) is visiting from my sisters for the weekend and Tinker
Bell seems to like to chase her as well. Caesar is sharing all of his little toys with Tink and no one gets angry.
I will try to get some pics this weekend for you. My parents are in love with her and she was sleeping on
Pop Pop’s lap yesterday after her swim.   Thanks again, Kim, Chris, Caesar and Tink
"Hi, Ollie is great!  He went for his Lyme shots and is 3.6 on 8/13.  He is a gentle, smart, loving boy
who Alexa and all of us adore.  Here is a picture of Alexa and Ollie on her birthday.  Talk to you soon".
Chris came to choose a pup for his family for Christmas.  We talked about the issues with taking a young pup
home on Christmas Eve.  He was very cooperative and made sure Flint had everything necessary
for a smooth transition.  From the letter below, you can see how much they love Bruno (Our Flint)
"Hi Susan - This is Chris and I bought Flint  for Christmas last year.  Sorry I have not emailed you sooner but this
computer stuff is not my specialty.  Flint is now Bruno (a big tough Jersey name for a big tough dog).  Bruno has been
a complete joy to everyone in our home.  On Christmas morning I went to my friend's house to pick Bruno up, brought
him home in a stocking and placed the stocking in my wife's arms and out pops Bruno to greet her with kisses.
Instant tears from Teri and all the kids.  Teri always says he is the best present she has every received.
Bruno loves everyone he meets and I want to thank you for your time and helping me to make a great choice.
I have attached 2 pics of Bruno.  One is last Christmas morning and the other was taken in September.
I am going to contact you for a friend for Bruno.  Thanks again.  Chris"
"Here are a few more pictures of Corkie.  You can see in the last 2 pictures, he wanted to unpack his toys
from our trip to the shore.  He is a wonderful addition to our family.  He's pretty much house broken now
and very, very sweet.  We absolutely love and adore him.  We're trying to teach him not to chase the cats.
It doesn't help that they are running.  But he's learning.  He is the cutest thing in the world.
Thank you very much Top Knotch Pups.  Michelle and Ron Schmidt"
On the way wome with their pup, Keri and Grace passed through the adjoining town of Tuckahoe
and decided Tucker was a god name for their new pup.

"Hi Susan, I just wanted to e-mail you some pictures of Tucker.  He is very active, he loves to run around
both inside and outside.  When he is in the house he mostly plays with the cat.  The cat doesn't like it but
Tucker does.  He is very playful and smart.  I put him in doggy class so he learns the basic commands.
He is doing very well.  He is a wonderful and healthy puppy.  I just want to say thank you for letting us take
this cutie home.  He has completed the family.  We love him so much.  We treat him like our son...Spoiled!!!
Thank you so much for this little bundle of joy.  We hope to see you soon.  Love, Keri and Grace "
